How To Change Lead Status

As you begin to use the CaptureNow application,  you may want the option to mark the status of a call. This will allow you to track each lead as new, lost, signed and rejected.

In CaptureNow, you want to click on the lead that you are working on. 

Once you are on the Lead Info page, you can follow the screenshots.
