How to Forward Calls from 3CX to CaptureNow

Call Forwarding from 3CX to CaptureNow

  1. Log in to your 3CX web client dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Call Forwarding,
  3. Choose how to manage incoming calls when the extension’s status changes.
  4. Enter your CaptureNow number into the status you want calls to forward from. (You can set this for internal and external calls to your line.)
  5. Your calls should now be routed to CaptureNow.
