How to Forward Calls from 3CX to CaptureNow
Call Forwarding from 3CX to CaptureNow
- Log in to your 3CX web client dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Call Forwarding,
- Choose how to manage incoming calls when the extension’s status changes.
- Enter your CaptureNow number into the status you want calls to forward from. (You can set this for internal and external calls to your line.)
- Your calls should now be routed to CaptureNow.
