How to Forward Calls from 800.com to CaptureNow
To forward your calls from your number in your 800.com account to CaptureNow:
- Log in to your 800.com Dashboard
- Go to your Numbers on the left-hand side
- Click on the number you want to forward to access the settings
- Next, you can input the numbers you want to send your calls to and set the method of rings.
- Use the standard method if you would like all of your call to directly go to CaptureNow
- Use sequential ringing if you want calls to ring you first then roll over to CaptureNow if there is no answer
- Place your CaptureNow number under Send All Calls To and set the Caller ID to Caller's number.
- Additionally, toggle off the setting for preventing voicemail from answering forwarded calls so it does not interfere with the routing process.
The site will auto-save your changes then you can test your line to ensure it is forwarding properly.
