How to Forward Calls from 800.com to CaptureNow

To forward your calls from your number in your 800.com account to CaptureNow:

1. Log in to your 800.com Dashboard
2. Go to your Numbers on the left-hand side
3. Click on the number you want to forward to access the settings
4. Next, you can input the numbers you want to send your calls to and set the method of rings.
   • Use the standard method if you would like all of your call to directly go to CaptureNow
   • Use sequential ringing if you want calls to ring you first then roll over to CaptureNow if there is no answer
5. Place your CaptureNow number under Send All Calls To and set the Caller ID to Caller's number.
6. Additionally, toggle off the setting for preventing voicemail from answering forwarded calls so it does not interfere with the routing process.

The site will auto-save your changes then you can test your line to ensure it is forwarding properly.
