How to Forward Calls from Cox Business to CaptureNow

Enable Call Forwarding Using Your Phone

  1. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

  2. Dial *72

  3. Listen for the dial tone.

  4. Dial the CaptureNow number to forward your calls to.

    Note: Your confirmation will be a stutter dial tone, then regular dial tone to let you know your Call Forwarding feature is now working.

  5. Hang up. The Call Forwarding is now on.

Using the Cox Business Portal

  1. Login to the Cox Business Portal

  2. Scroll down to the Voice Tools

  3. Select User Feature setting.

  4. Click edit on the number you wish to forward.

  5. Under Call Settings, go to the Call Forwarding.

  6. Toggle the forwarding type you would like to use to ON, and click edit to add in your CaptureNow number.

  7. Enter your CaptureNow number, and turn off the Ring Reminder,

  8. Click Save.
