How to Forward Calls from DialPad to CaptureNow

Caller ID Forwarding

    1. Click on the settings icon in the menu on the left.
    2. Scroll down to Your Devices and click on Advanced Settings
    3. Set the Calls to your personal Dialpad number to Display the caller's number, for your departments/office main line.
    4. Click save to enable the changes.

      Call Forwarding
    1. Go to your admin settings icon in the menu on the left.

    2. Click on Main Line

    3. Navigate to Business Hours & Call Routing, and click on the Call Routing button on the right.

    4. Click on Other Routing Options, insert your CaptureNow number under To a Team member/Room phone/ Number. Hit enter to save the number.

    5. Be sure to set the call routing for Open Hours and Closed Hours.
