How to Forward Calls from Intermedia to CaptureNow

1. Login to your Intermedia Admin Portal.  

2. Navigate to Services > Voice Services > Numbers & Extensions.

3. Select your number(s) that you want to forward.

4. Click on change notification settings.

5. Go to FollowMe Forwarding

6. Select Forward Calls to.

7. Input your CaptureNow number to forward your calls to.

8. To forward calls calls to multiple numbers at the same time, choose the Multiple phone numbers option.

9. From there you can add additional numbers that will all ring all at the same time when a call is forwarded.

10. Click Save changes.

FollowMe does not allow to forward calls conditionally. You will need to forward locally from your phone for this ability.
