How to Forward Calls from Law Ruler to CaptureNow

Go to the set up section in the blue menu along the left.
Go to the Marketing Sources and Call Tracking Numbers section.
Locate the phone number(s) you would like to forward to CaptureNow, click the edit icon.
Add your CaptureNow number in the forward’s field.
- To forward all calls uncheck the “Allow calls to ring in softphone” checkbox.
- To forward calls on a schedule click schedule rules option and set your rules.
Click Save and you're finished.
