How to Forward Calls from Microsoft Team to CaptureNow

To Set Up Call Forwarding from Microsoft Team

      1. Go to “Settings and more” next to your profile picture at the top of Teams.
      2. Then select Settings > Calls.
      3. Under Call answering rules choose Forward my calls,
      4. Then select New Number or Contact, and enter your CaptureNow number.
