How to Forward Calls from Monster VoIP to CaptureNow

The following steps outline how to set up call forwarding for your Monster VoIP line:

1. Log in to your Monster VoIP Portal. From the Answering Rules page, you will want to set your Ring time to 10 seconds, and then click Add Rule.

2. In the Add an Answering Rule page, select the call routing that you would like to use, and enter your CaptureNow number in the corresponding box. Turn off the Call Screening. 

3. Turn off Simultaneous ring.

4. Click Save.
