How to Forward Calls from Nextiva to CaptureNow

Call Forwarding (Admin Console)

    1. Go to the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, go to Advanced Reporting
    2. Click into Call Groups
    3. Hover over the name of the Call Group to be Forwarded and Click the Pencil icon to edit.
    4. Scroll down to the Forwarding section. Click  Call Forwarding Always.
    5. Enter your CaptureNow phone number in the Phone Number box. Click Save.
    6. Make sure to toggle ON Call Forwarding Always to enable the call forwarding.
