How to Forward Calls from Nextiva to CaptureNow
Call Forwarding (Admin Console)

- Go to the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, go to Advanced Reporting
- Click into Call Groups
- Hover over the name of the Call Group to be Forwarded and Click the Pencil icon to edit.
- Scroll down to the Forwarding section. Click Call Forwarding Always.
- Enter your CaptureNow phone number in the Phone Number box. Click Save.
- Make sure to toggle ON Call Forwarding Always to enable the call forwarding.
