- When prompted enter your CaptureNow phone number followed by #
- In the future, you can turn off and on by using *74
Call Forwarding (from end user portal)

- In the end user portal, go to the Call Handling option under the Settings tab.
- Select Enable from the Call Forwarding dropdown.
- Set your Caller ID to show the original caller’s number.
- Uncheck the Require key press on answer checkbox to turn off the automated prompt.
