How to Forward Calls from Ring Central to CaptureNow

Call Forwarding with Caller ID

    1. In your Ring Central Admin portal, click the Users menu across the top.

    2. Under the Users list, please select the User with Extensions.

    3. Click the user(s) whose settings need to be changed (look at Super Admin) and go to the Call Handling and Forwarding tab.

    4. Click on the Settings, and click on the Edit button (Displayed Incoming Caller ID)

    5. Under the Display Number click Incoming Caller ID, and make sure the Non-RingCentral phones only option is selected.

    6. Click Save.
