How to Forward Calls from Twilio to CaptureNow

Navigate to the Twilio Studio Dashboard, click the + icon to create a new flow.
There is already a widget in place, which is the Trigger widget. It starts the flow when the trigger is set to be an Incoming Call.
Drag the widget onto the canvas, connect the dot from the Incoming Call trigger to the dot in the upper left corner. In the right sidebar, select Single Number from the dropdown, and enter your CaptureNow number. Your Caller ID should be set to the default.

Next let’s connect the flow to your Twilio number. Navigate to the Phone Numbers section of the Twilio Console, select the number you’d like to forward from.
Scroll down to the Voice & Fax section, select Webhooks, TwiML Bins, Functions, Studio, or Proxy from the first dropdown.
Select Studio Flow next to the “A Call Comes In” dropdown, and choose the flow you just created to attach it to the number.
Click Save.
