How to Forward Calls from Xfinity to CaptureNow

Xfinity offers two call forwarding options. You can choose to have all calls forwarded directly to CaptureNow, or you set up conditional call forwarding options.

For direct forwarding:

1. Dial *72
2. Dial the 10-digit CaptureNow number that you were given.
3. Press the Call button, and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
4. End the call.

For conditional call forwarding (calls ring to you first and then forward when there is no answer):

1. Dial *71.

2. Dial the 10-digit CaptureNow number that you were given.

3. Press the Call button, and wait for a confirmation tone and message.

4. End the call.

To turn off call forwarding:

1. Dial *73.

2. Press the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone.

3. End the call.
