How to Set Up Live Transfer

In this article, we will guide you on how to set up for live transfers. 

In the CaptureNow portal, go the configuration tab. In each of the section for case types including the pre-sets there is a gear that is for case type settings.

In here, there is a section for "Call Transfer Phone Number", this is where you will insert the phone number you would like for a live transfer to be made. Click "Save Changes" and your live transfer is in immediate effect.
