Integrate CaptureNow Leads with ICE

Use CaptureNow to make sure all your calls are answered.  Once the calls are Captured, send them to ICE (Intake Conversion Experts) to qualify and retain. When integrating calls from CaptureNow with your ICE campaign, new leads are automatically created in ICE. We integrate the basic contact information as well as call summary notes with the case type questions and answers provided by the caller.  The data we collect during a call is mapped to most, if not all, of ICE's standard fields.  

To set up the integration you need to provide the IceId, IceReferrer GUID, Case Type GUID and enter the IceApiURL.  These fields are displayed via the screenshot presented below. 

The ICE integration configuration is accessed via the Company Settings section --> Integrations Tab --> Select ICE from list.
