Integrate CaptureNow with Clio

When you integrate CaptureNow with your Clio, new calls are automatically logged in Clio. We integrate the basic contact information as well as call summary notes with the case type questions and the answers provided by the caller.  The data collected during a call is mapped to most, if not all, of Clio's standard fields.  

To set up the integration you need to provide the ClioApiAddress (Hint: The ClioAPI Address = https://grow.clio.com/inbox_leads )and ApiToken.  These fields are entered into the boxes that you see presented below. The Clio integration configuration is accessed in CaptureNow via the Company Settings section --> Integrations Tab --> Select Clio from list.

In Clio CRM, follow these instructions to retrieve API Key. 

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Scroll down to Lead capture.
  3. Under Lead capture token, click Copy.
  4. Use this token to connect your Clio Grow account to a third-party integration.
  5. Place this token into CaptureNow's portal under Clio Configuration for ApiToken.
