Integrate CaptureNow with Lead Docket
When you integrate CaptureNow with your Lead Docket CRM, new calls are automatically logged in Lead Docket. We integrate the basic contact information as well as call summary notes with the case type questions and answers provided by the caller. The data we collect during a call is mapped to most if not all of Lead Docket's standard fields.
To set up the integration you need to provide the Lead Docket API URL and enter it into the box that you see presented below. The Lead Docket integration configuration is accessed via the Company Settings section --> Integrations Tab --> Select Lead Docket from list.
In LeadDocket:
On the left panel, click on Manage and on the dropdown menu click Integrations
When you are in the List of Integrations pane, on the top right is a "Add New" button with a dropdown list. From there, click on Answering Service.
This will take you to Create Integration window pane. Enter in an integrations name and email(s) and click Save.
The following Lead Docket fields are supported for CaptureNow integration. If City, State, and Zip are not present, click the Add Form Fields to select them from the list.
Click Save to go to the main list of all Integrations. Choose "Definitions" on the right:

In CaptureNow:
Navigate to your Integrations settings.
Paste the full URL from the Lead Docket.
