Types of Emails
CaptureNow sends email following each call that is answered. Because CaptureNow answers many types of calls on behalf of our law firms the emails have different labels which are applied to them. These call types and email labels are explained below.
New Captured Lead: CaptureNow presents every caller with a call intent question. For New Captured Lead that means that the caller stated that they were calling about a "New Case Evaluation". As part of a New Case Evaluation callers are asked which case type they are calling about so you will notice a case type associated with these emails. If a case type is not associated with these emails it is because the caller stated they were calling about a case type not included in list provided (ie Other). If you have a CRM integration turned on these are they types of calls which are integrated into your CRM as new leads.
Captured Call Existing Matter: CaptureNow presents every caller with a call intent question. For Captured Call Existing Matter that means the caller stated that they were calling about an "Existing Matter". These calls are not integrated into your CRM as they are existing clients and typically already have a case file created.
Captured Call General: CaptureNow presents every caller with a call intent question. For Captured Call General that means the caller stated that they were NOT calling about a New Case Evaluation or an Existing Matter. These calls are not integrated into your CRM as they are typically not related to any type of case or lead.
Miscellaneous Call: There are a few different reasons why a call would be marked miscellaneous. Some calls can come from a different call center or sales call and they did not identify as a call for the firm. Also, if a caller hangs up before providing a call intent of Existing Client, New Case Evaluation or Something Else they will be categorized as Miscellaneous Call. These calls can be integrated into your CRM so that your intake team can follow up them to see if they were looking for a New Case Evaluation.
