Unable To Receive Emails
We show you how to set up email recipient's for CaptureNow transcripts below.
When you have successfully added email address(es) into the CaptureNow web application. You should see emails in your inbox like this:
Emails can be set in CaptureNow by going into Company Settings then Configuration tab.
***Notification Settings is for "miscellaneous" calls and those emails would be distributed to the emails in that setting.
Beside each call option there is a gear, once clicked you can confirm there are email address(es) there.
If you are unable to view the New Captured Lead, please check these locations.
- spam
- junk
Once confirmed that they are not located in these location. Refer to your firm's designated IT. There may be a setting for "no-reply" addresses to not receive these type of emails.
